1st Annual CBCA Rib Cook Off
The Clayton Business and Community Association (CBCA) will hold their inaugural rib cook-off at the Clayton Club on August 21st. Cash prizes of $300, $200 and $100 will be awarded to the top 3 contestants and trophies will be awarded through sixth place. All 16 contest entries were filled within the first week of availability.
Onlookers are welcome and will have an opportunity to participate in selection of the "People's Choice" winner (sixth place). There should be ample ribs left after the judging to allow spectators to sample the results.
